Through honest hard work and understanding our customers needs, our objective is to have every customer feel comfortable to return to us for future computer needs and to recommend us to friends and family. All customers receive an initial consultation to determine what is needed. There is a standard thirty dollar ($30.00) diagnostic fee for the computer left with us. This provides us with a 'hands on' look at the problem and allows us to offer the best options to address the problem.

This basic fee will be rolled into the final bill. It is included in the cost of addressing the problem and is not counted as an additional charge. This is only fair to our customers. In addition, our service rates are based on half hour increments. We just charge for the time spent on the solution. There are no surprises.

The repair is done locally. However, through our network of hardware and software experts, we are able to consult with people across the country - and overseas, if necessary. This provides the best possible, up-to-date knowledge base to address your computer needs.
