Initially we provide a Network Audit providing a detailed report of the network configuration, server hardware and operating systems, workstation hardware and operating system, business applications, specialist applications, anti virus and malware policies, and the current status of available or applied security updates or patches. As part of this audit process we will list observations that could impact the IT environment, and consequentially your business.
The audit report will provide a list of recommendations, based on our assessment and understanding of your business. These recommendations will be prioritized, typically as Critical, Important or Routine, and will be discussed with you to develop an Immediate Action Plan.
In addition, we will assess the complexity of your environment and the support level required or requested. With these, we produce a SBIT Immediate and Ongoing Support Proposal which will provide you with an itemized price summary of immediate actions and ongoing support services.
